About this project
The Cove is an addition to the existing pool at Sunriver Resort, a resort community with extensive golf courses, vacation homes, wedding venues and bike paths in a scenic Pacific Northwest setting.
Eclipse Engineering provided structural plans for an expansion to the 10,000-square-foot indoor aquatic center, which includes a new pool, lazy river, waterslide and spa. This expansive and beautifully finished interior provides a year-round venue for families to relax, swim and play.
Building construction involved heavy timber with large overhead garage doors that open in warmer months, creating a roofed open-air recreation complex with views of Mt. Bachelor.
