Hillview Multi-Family

Residential with a view

Five new three-story multi-dwelling buildings in a new subdivision in the Moose Can Gully neighborhood, perched on the hills with scenic views of the greater Missoula valley below. The designers seek to create a new residential community with native plant landscaping and parks and trails that connect to nearby schools and churches.

Eclipse provided structural Engineer of Record services for four 46-unit apartment buildings with nearly identical geometry at 50,876 square feet per building, and one one 24-unit apartment building plus a clubhouse at 27,000 square feet.

The total scope of work consists of five separate structures totaling 230,504 square feet. All buildings include three stories of light-framed wood construction.

Construction estimated to be completed 2024.
