About this project
Our industrial warehouse engineers provided Engineer of Record services for four warehouses in a busy industrial park west of Spokane.
Buildings 11 and 12 come in at 81,000 square feet (dimensions of approximately 150 by 540 feet), featuring roof framing composed of open web steel joists with steel deck and concrete tilt-up construction walls. Concrete footings and cast-in-place concrete walls at the loading dock make up the foundations.
Building 17 is similarly constructed and comes in at 108,000 square feet (600 by 180 feet), and Building 18 is the largest at 140,000 square feet (dimensions of 240 by 600 feet with an 80 by 50 foot corner cutout).
