About this project
Engineering of a three-story elevator shaft constructed out of CLT (cross-laminated timber) for a mixed-use building in downtown Whitefish, Montana featuring residential and commercial spaces.
CLT allowed for a much faster construction time than a traditional concrete core, and panels feature a 1-hour fire resistance rating. Eclipse completed this niche category project on a short deadline.
