Eclipse provided structural engineering solutions for this private custom residence, which features generous spaces for relaxing and enjoying lakeside amenities. The upper main level features en-suite with bath, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, living and dining areas. A deck sweeps along the side of the house facing the lake. The home’s lower, partially underground level features garage, storage, laundry and a home gym. The design highlights large glass windows for a sweeping view of Lake Coeur d’Alene, and exterior sliding shade curtains.
